My name is Paco Rodriguez and I am a chef of Spanish origin.
My specialty in the kitchen is, the vegetable world, healthy food and local with organic origin.
My experience in the kitchen is from a very young age since my family belongs to a generation of cooks and hoteliers. Professionally, I have dedicated myself for almost 25 years to find my own path in conscious and respectful food with nature. In a self-taught way I have dedicated much of my training, nutritional knowledge as well as the discovery of new ways of treating the product and how it affects the human body.
From a very young age I have been in contact with nature and mountains, I practice alpine activities and have traveled all over the world with the curiosity of a child and the restlessness of the anthropologist explorer.
Yoga and meditation have been part of my daily routine for many years. I have done vipassana meditation retreats and international yoga workshops. Thanks to this practice I can relate to food and my companions, through the awareness and permanent search for harmony and inner peace and the joy of living.
With animals, the treatment is equal, especially with cats, dogs and goats … some weirdos too :-)
To finish I would like to apologize for addressing you in English, because although my partner is German Switzerland, I am still not able to write in German, I am still studying this language and my actual job in the kitchen still in Weggis (Luzern) where I can learn much the technical language of the activity.
